冬と春が終わって、夏になった！

すごく　久しぶりです〜！ごめんなさい。仕事が忙しくて、夏になって、天気がちょう良いですから、あまり家の中にいません。だから、あまりブログが書いてないです。でも、ヘルシンキにいろんな所に行って、写真がいっぱい撮って、今アップします！

冬から春に成って、春から夏に成りました。三月から六月の写真です。どうぞ！ぜひ見て下さい。

It's been quite a while! I'm sorry, but my busy work and great weather have kept me mainly away from indoors and therefore I've not been blogging much. But I've been going around in Helsinki and taken photos on my small trips around the city. I'm going to share photos from winter to present, warm and beautiful summer with you. So, here you go, photos from March to June! Please, enjoy!

三月から六月に　〜　From March to June

窓が凍った。家の窓はレイアーが三枚がありますけど家の中にも寒かった！
The windows are frozen, and even if there's three layered windows in my apartment, it's chilly inside!


三月はまた寒くて雪がいっぱいありました。私は友だちのめぐみとエイヤとスケートしました。暖かいココア飲んで、お母さんの作ったおいしいパン食べました。Pullaだ！
In March We went skating with my friends Megumi and Eija. We also had some 'pulla', Finnish sweet pastry, made by my Mom, with us.

凍った海に泳ぐことが出来ます。お母さんの冬の趣味です。O_O
It's common to swim in frozen sea or lake. It's actually my mother's hobby.


そして、三月の終わりに、ゆっくり...
Then, in the end of March, slowly..


..ゆっくり雪の溶けるが始まります。
..slowly, snow starts melting.


四月にぜんぶ溶けた！
And in April, it was all gone!


四月には草がすぐみどりに成ちゃった！
In April the grass became green fast.


もう小さいな葉芽が出るよ！
The small buds start coming out!


でも、五月五日の大きいパーティーの日はまだ葉っぱがないです。みんなは高校の卒業のセイラー防止が被ってます。あとは大学生は自分の学校のオーバーオール が着ています。あの服はいつも学生のパーティーの時に使う服です。
But on May 1st, Labour Day, which is a big party in Finland, the trees don't yet have leaves. Everybody are wearing their sailor cap from High School Graduation seremony, and University students have their over-alls, which they always wear for most of the school parties.


でも、五月五日のクラスパーティーのピックニックの時は春の一番早い花が見つけた！
But I was lucky to see some first flowers of the spring during our class party picnic on May 1st.


日はもうけっこう遅くまで空にあります。もうすぐ白夜！
The sun is on the sky quite late. It's soon "Nightless Night" here in North!


きれいな春の花が森の中に流行っている。
The beautiful spring flowers are spreading in the forests.


そして、五月の終わりには葉っぱが木にあります。いいな〜、みどりの景色久しぶり！この田舎の所は私の子供の時の家の近くにある場所です。
Then, finally, in the start of June, the leaves were on trees! Green scenery, long time, no see! This country side place is a small village near my childhood home town.


六月の始めはもうちょっと暖かくに成りました。あたしは本当に楽しみました。ヘルシンキにいろんなきれいなスポットに遊びに行きました。
In the start of June, it got already a bit warmer. I had so much fun. I went around in Helsinki, visiting beautiful places I'd never been before.


六月にはフィンランドの夏が始まります。日本にはさくらが春の象徴です。フィンランドには、リンゴの花は夏の象徴です。良い香りがありますから、私は仕事場の近くにある公園によくランチ食べました。
In June, it's officially summer in Finland. As cherry blossom is the symbol or Spring in Japan, the flower of apple tree is symbol of Summer in Finland. The scent of the flowers is so nice, that I often went to have lunch in a nearby park during my workdays.

夏だ！
フィンランドの夏が大好きです。去年は日本に住んで、二年前はベルギーのブルッセルに働いていましたから、フィンランドの夏すごく久しぶりです。みんな、いつかフィンランドに行く予定があったら、夏に来てね！冬は面白いですけど... 夏がさいこう〜！(笑)

It's Summer! I love Finnish summer. Last year I lived in Japan and two years ago I worked in Brussels, so it's been a while! If you ever plan to come to Finland, come in Summer! Winter is sure interesting, but... the summer is blast!

ヘルシンキの有名な教会

フィンランド人は８０%くらいがルーテルのプロテスタントのクリスト教会のメンバーです。だから、フィンランドには古くて、きれいな教会がすごくたくさんあります。一番有名な教会はやっぱりヘルシンキにあります。フィンランドに行くツーリストはいつもあの教会見に行きます。

先月には日本人の友だちがフィンランドで旅行しましたから、一緒にいろんなところに行きました。もちろん、教会の中にも入りました。教会には　ただで入ることが出来ますけど、日曜日には１０時から１２時くらいまで礼拝がありますから、観光が出来ません。でも、もちろん、だれでもは礼拝にも行ってもいいです。

Helsingin tuomiokirkko

Helsingin tuomiokirkkoは大きくて、白い教会です。教会は「Kauppatori」と言う有名なマーケットの所の近くにある「Senaatintori」にあります。「Senaatintori」は有名な建築家の「Engel」のデザインしたところです。ヘルシンキ大学のビルも　あそこ辺にあります。

あとは「Suomenlinna」のお城の教会も見ました。そして、ちょっとだけ「Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral」の赤煉瓦のラッシアのスタイルの教会の方にも歩きました。冬ですから、教会に入る時間はとても短いです。だから、あの時に入ることは出来ませんでした。でも、日本人の友だちはもう一回中に入れる時に教会に行きました。良かったね。＾ー＾

Uspenski

About 80% of Finnish people belong to Lutheran (protestant) church, so there are really many old and beautiful churches in Finland. Of course, the most famous ones are located in Helsinki. To name just a few, for example 'Helsingin tuomiokirkko' designed by famous architect C.L.Engel, russian styled Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral with red bric and "onion roof tops", and small, but cute church in Suomenlinna sea fortress are beautiful sights that are very popular among tourists. Just bear in mind, that most churches have God Service on Sunday mornings, when it's not possible to do sightseeing at churches, but of course anyone is free to enter and join the God Service if they will.

仕事場の方 － ヘルシンキの町の真ん中

私はいつも仕事でもカメラもってる。先週は良い天気がありましたから、ちょっと仕事場の方で写真撮りました。

仕事場の方の建物

ELLEのオフィスはヘルシンキのプナヴオリと言うところにあります。本当に町の真ん中です。古くて、きれいな建物がたくさんあります。前にはあまりあそこらへんの行ってなかったから、面白いだと思います。毎日新しい店とかレストランとか見つけます。楽しいです。

右にある赤レンガの建物にはELLEのオフィスもあります。

私の机はここです。

仕事場は古い赤レンガの建物にあります。ELLEのオフィスは一番上で、六階にあります。私の机は大きい窓の近くにありますから、毎日上から面白いルシンキの屋根の景色が見えます。今年は雪がすごくたくさんありますから、毎日屋根の上でだれか雪の掃除します。危ないそう!

ヘルシンキ中央駅 「Helsingin Rautatieasema」 です。

家はヘルシンキじゃなくて、ヴァンターです。ヴァンターはヘルシンキの隣の町だから、毎日バスで仕事に行きます。バスは自分の家からヘルシンキ中央駅まで行きます。だから、帰る道で駅の前の写真も撮りました。

I always carry around my camera, so this time I decided to take some pictures around my work place. Office of ELLE Finland, where I'm working right now as an intern is situated in Punavuori, which is an old area in Helsinki with beautiful architecture. My work station is situated in the 6th floor near big window, which is great, since I love looking out of window during my breaks. As this year it's been snowing so much, there's always somebody up there on the roofs cleaning up, so that the weight of snow won't get too heavy. What an interesting winter it's been with this much snow.
